The hotel is in a good location. The rooms are clean and nicely furnished. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. I would especially like to praise the girl at the reception who speaks Croatian. In addition to being professional, she gave us useful advice regarding our stay in Offenbach and Frankfurt.

My husband and I stayed at The Florentin by Althoff Collection for one night during our visit from California to Frankfurt, and we were absolutely delighted. From the moment we arrived, the warmth and genuine friendliness of the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Best urban hotel you can ask for. Location is very quiet, short walk to the city center. The beautiful Sauna and Gym make the experience even better. The staff is very welcoming, very nice breakfast as well. I will be back for sure.
