The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped, with easy to find free parking on the street / parking lot in front. Washer and dryer in the patio, partial view of the sea, and nice sitting area there. WiFi and air conditioning working well, and good location close to old Jaffa, Tel Aviv and a short drive to Bat Yam. The owner was very responsive and helpful. He asked for a security deposit to be paid at the beginning of the stay that he returned to us before we left.

We celebrated our 25 th wedding anniversary anniversary at the Jaffa hotel. We are from Tel Aviv and familiar with their restaurant. The experience was excellent. We had a great time there. The service was great. Alex from the desk gave us the highest quality of service that is possible and made everything magical. It’s nice to see all the staff in the hotel and in the restaurant with uniforms. The room was specious, modern and well equipped. They even served us with Halloween cocktails. Breakfast was served at the hall and was delicious. We even took a yoga lesson at the beautiful chapel. We and our guests were very pleased.

The hotel and staff were extremely nice and welcoming throughout our stay. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, accommodating, and eager to help, which really made a positive difference. While the property itself could use a major update and the rooms need some upkeep, the kindness and professionalism of the staff stood out. We especially appreciated their help with our booking and room arrangements

This boutique hotel is simply stunning, clean, with plenty of options to enjoy your time, but the greatest is the hotel staff. They are doing all they can to support and fulfill your needs and desires.

Really enjoyed my stay at Casa Suzanna! The location is excellent, the staff are super friendly and helpful, and the room was nice and comfortable. A particularly charming touch is the unusual glass wall separating the bedroom from the bathroom, which adds a unique character and a bit of charm to the room Overall, a great place to stay. Would definitely come back!

The Norman is one of the best hotels we've stayed at. The staff are extraordinary, going above and beyond for everything we needed. In a challenging time, they were calm, supportive and in control on all aspects. They made sure we were safe while still enjoying our holiday, and assisting us when we needed to leave.

Everything, food, drinks and the training session in BOOST. We came to celebrate our 50 and 49 birthday. In the room was waiting for us a bottle of wine and a birthday cake. 😋🎉
