I must express my heartfelt appreciation to Chindragupt and Bertelli from the front office, whose warm and hospitable demeanor made me feel welcome from the very beginning. Their attention to detail and genuine care were commendable. Additionally, the morning breakfast experience was made even more delightful by the gracious presence of Roosevelt, Glenn, and Puja. Their extraordinary warmth and willingness to go the extra mile to accommodate my preferences were truly heartwarming. A special mention must also be made to the Housekeeping team led by Saurabh, whose meticulous attention to detail surpassed all expectations. Their empathetic approach and commitment to perfection were evident in every corner of my room, leaving me thoroughly impressed. It is worth noting that Taj Recreation and Convention Center also hosts major events. Therefore, if you seek tranquility, I would recommend checking if the hotel is hosting an event during your planned stay. However, even during such events, the Taj staff strives to maintain the highest levels of service and guest satisfaction. In line with other Taj properties, Taj Recreation and Convention Center has found a special place in my heart.
