Very nice and modern clean room. The person who welcomed us was really friendly and helpful. Access is with a code and accessible 24h. We had a very early check out and everything was very smooth. However, due to that, we were not able to experience the breakfast. The hotel really surprised us in a positive way. It is located near railway and bus station, so easy to commute. Many restaurants and cafes nearby.

I’d probably start with the owners (Benjamin & Giulia) - they are the most wonderful example of personalized hosting in an increasingly automated and digitalised booking environment. They offered a complimentary shuttle in an out of Bergamo and are very welcoming and extremely responsive and helpful if you have any questions or need any recommendations. They truly go above and beyond. This is our second time staying at one of their apartments and will not be the last. The apartment itself is perfectly situated on the main street walkable distance to restaurants, shopping, supermarkets etc. The apartment is new and modern and was exceptionally clean, and was finished elegantly with tasteful touches including artworks, candles, and well equipped. There are two big flat screen TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the living/kitchen area. The apartment is in a very secure building with two secure doors that both require a key for entry. It is located on the third floor so there are some stairs, however this is common for Italy. Overall a delightful experience that made our time in Bergamo so much more enjoyable.
