Everything was sublime, I don't know what to start with: size of the room, bed linens, staff incredibly helpful, quality of shampoo, towels, decorations, big flowers on reception desk, not to mention that it was a small party at lunch time for the guests of the hotel. The automatization of doors, of the lights on the halls with a diffuse light, I was really impressed. SUBLIME, i will definitely return to this hotel.

The location couldnt be better , next to the main train station , next to the shopping area. Many shops, restaurants are just a minute away walking. The apartment is warm (we stayed in November), clean, cozy, furnished with many appliances. Fantastic host helped to find everything including our routing around the city and many other positive things. One of the best places we stayed at.

I’d probably start with the owners (Benjamin & Giulia) - they are the most wonderful example of personalized hosting in an increasingly automated and digitalised booking environment. They offered a complimentary shuttle in an out of Bergamo and are very welcoming and extremely responsive and helpful if you have any questions or need any recommendations. They truly go above and beyond. This is our second time staying at one of their apartments and will not be the last. The apartment itself is perfectly situated on the main street walkable distance to restaurants, shopping, supermarkets etc. The apartment is new and modern and was exceptionally clean, and was finished elegantly with tasteful touches including artworks, candles, and well equipped. There are two big flat screen TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the living/kitchen area. The apartment is in a very secure building with two secure doors that both require a key for entry. It is located on the third floor so there are some stairs, however this is common for Italy. Overall a delightful experience that made our time in Bergamo so much more enjoyable.

It was a great stay off 7 days for us. Not only the staff were super friendly and helpful but also the room was always clean. They cared about cleaning no matter when we leave the room. The location was also great as it was in the city center. The parking and ZTL was coordinated through the hotel with no problem.
