We had a room on the ground level with terrace and that was very convenient because we traveled with dogs. Room was cozy and warm with big bed. Bathroom is spacious and nice with shower, toilet, bidet, sink, hairdryer, soap, shower gel and shampoo. Room has TV, small fridge, safe, tee set and place to store items as well as place to hang clothes. Room is newly refurbished and clean. There is parking in front of the building. Breakfast was great and the owners are nice. Sutrio is very nice small village. Nature is beautiful and near by is Terme di Arta that we recommend for spa experience.

There was everything ready for our arriving. Very friendly hostess showed us everything (heating, saun..). Then the whole house was just ours for a few days. Completely renovated old house in small and quiet village. All is as described and shown on photos. Large living room, kitchen and bathroom downstairs. Two large bedroom upstairs. Kitchen is equipped completely. Couch with coffee table for a rest and large table for breakfast you can find in the living room. I appreciated private parking in front of house. The advantage is wifi in house, because there is weak mobile signal. Automatic central heating system was working very well.

Everything. Sometimes it’s great to be surprised. We hadn’t initially decided to stay in the valley, but with circumstances changing, we booked last minute, and we weren’t expecting such a great find. The apartment was tastefully decorated and so spacious. Just loved the balcony overlooking the valley. The owners went the extra mile leaving teas and coffees, and welcome bottles of water on our arrival, which is great service and appreciated. Highly recommend staying here. Just wish we stayed longer.

We loved absolutely everything about the hotel and I have to say it was one of the nicest hotel I've been to around the world!!!! We were two girls with one dog looking for a week of retreat in the nature..away from work stress. This hotel definitely did the job and we feel very refreshed. Cristiano is great help and very generous and the place was impeccably clean with everything exactly like pictures. Perfect balance of modern and traditional. Sauna in the house (which was one of the reasons to choose) was such a luxury!! All other facilities were working perfectly. The view was million dollar view! Amazing breakfast delivered to your door on request. The town was so cute to stroll around with a breath taking view. Check in and out was so smooth and easy with just an app.
