The indoor pool was great plus. Also location near the old city center. Just a 15min walk.

Perfect Location and staff very friendly

Fantastic location, only a short walk from train station. Late night entry was easy with a door code, room was clean and beds were comfortable.

The staff bent over backwards to maintain excellent customer service! Our unit was clean and spacious, and had everything we needed. There were some good common areas for laundry, visiting with other guests inside and on a terrace, and 3 jacuzzi tubs to use.

The location was excellent - just a 10-minute walk from the airport. Since we had an early morning flight from Florence Airport, staying there turned out to be the perfect decision for our trip. It allowed us to sleep peacefully without worrying about transportation or timing. There are also frequent public transport connections to Florence city centre and back, making it very easy to get around; the journey takes about 30 minutes. The apartment also features a kitchen, with useful basics like pans and cooking oil already provided. If we had stayed longer, we definitely would have enjoyed cooking there. True to its name, the place felt warm, comfortable, and genuinely cozy throughout our stay.

It completes the entire experience in a way that makes you not want to leave. Ville sull’Arno is one of those rare places where luxury is not loud, but deeply felt. A place we will absolutely return to, and one we recommend without hesitation to anyone who truly appreciates quality, detail, and authenticity.

Everything about this place was pristine. From breakfast to the service, vallet parking, gym, sauna/cold shower/ Turkish bath. The place is within walking distance to everything while being quiet at night. Sirene garden with pool and amazing beds and rooms. I will no doubt be staying here again on my next visit.
