Cosenza/Rende is a complex place (I have been staying in and around the city for many years) and Grecale is beautifully situated high above, near the university, about 6km from the Cosenza Nord-Rende motorway junction. The views are wonderful. The lodging is extraordinary : extremely modern, super clean, and with excitingly different lighting , a beautiful bathroom, and ample, safe parking. Very friendly and charming owner who had to struggle with my basic Italian for us to understand e o! Good tea and coffee facilities are part of the startlingly unusual room furnishings. My room had a fireplace, but it was 32°C so I didn't try it out!

The breakfast, it’s a small kitchen and I have to make my coffee, that’s all. The location it’s superb, I was steps to to everything. The view from my room was beautiful.

Palace eight was exceptional. Very clean and our host Mario was very good and what ever we asked or needed he was there to help. Breakfast was very good also. Palace eight is in a great location, restaurants and shopping right at your doorstep. I would recommend 100 percent

We had a very pleasant stay in Paola. The studio is spacious, clean, and simple, with a large balcony, quiet location and a beautiful sea view. You can park car near the building. Joe is a kind and helpful host. During the festival of Saint Francis of Paola, he even offered to drive us to the monastery. A lovely and authentic experience.

What a gorgeous hotel! The staff were so friendly and made us feel so welcome. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and our room had a giant, wrap around terrance with the most stunning views of the mountains! I only wish there had been some lounging furniture on the terrance as I could have stayed out there all evening watching the sunset. The pool area was serene and relaxing and an added bonus were the animals in the pens nearby that my children loved interacting with. Donkeys and horses roaming free on the property was so nice to see too. We had dinner one evening and enjoyed a spread of delicious cheeses made on site, as well as many other great dishes. Overall our stay was a 10/10 and I hope to return one day. What a magical place!
