The staff were friendly and helpful. The tatami room was so comfortable and we loved it. Great location and good to have car parks available in front of the hotel. We all liked the Japanese-style breakfast but it would be great if there was toast available as well. Overall we loved our stay and we would come back again.

Love the place. The room is big, clean, beautiful and classy and has got a beautiful sight in the window. They have got a wide powder room and wide bath & toilet with a big bath tub. 2 sinks for powder room and one sink to wash hands inside the toilet. Many amenities in both rooms. Really nice. We rented 2 rooms and 2 liters mineral water is prepared in every room. Staff were polite and attentive. The ofuro is big and has got rotemburo. You can see a lovely sight from the ofuro. The building is big, clean and beautiful. A nice and relaxing feeling staying at the big lobby. Location is good, too. Breakfast is excellent. Too many to choose from. You can even bring drinks to your room. They prepared a cup with cover for "to go" or "take home" drinks. Very satisfied with the food they prepared. They are all delicious. And eating time is longer than other hotels. They also prepared a classy, native like bag that you can bring home. 2 bags for each room. But it's not for heavy things. Maybe for clothes or light food or omiyage.
