“Room is simple, very clean, easy to access, staff are kind, good amenity. Somebody said it’s noisy but it wasn’t. Single room is very small but it’s enough to sleep well and very comfy. There are many space to put stuff even it’s small. Room has fan and vanity dresser! And I enjoyed breakfast. Cereals, bread, fruits, and yoghurt but for me it’s enough. Water pressure of the shower was good! Definitely I’ll go back to this hotel, I recommend!”
“A very nice boutique hotel in the city center of the old town. The staff was super friendly and very helpful The room was quite spacious with a good bed. For the breakfast you have to walk about five minutes to a restaurant. I definitely would stay there again”
“The locatation is unbeatable, dorectly in the heart of Guanajuato. If you come with the car, the employees of the hotel will help you with the parking. The place is really pretty and smells like history. The rooms are spacious. The breakfast is lovely, directly at the Jardín Union (one of the main squares in Guanajuato. Te restaurant, although not spectacular, is good.”
“We had a wonderful stay, having booked 2 rooms. The beds in both rooms were voted the best of our entire stay in Mexico. I had a massage in the spa - it was absolutely first class, far better than any I have experienced in the UK. Breakfast was superb too, with a range of options to suit all tastes. Front of house staff were very friendly and also extremely helpful. The location was perfect - only a few metres from all the buzz yet a haven of tranquillity. Well done all round”
“first-class service starting with reception, Gabriela and Manuel always helpful. continental breakfast was included and no extra charges for additional helping. room was bigger than expected/confirmed. indoor spa excellent. a lot of different garden spaces and places to relax. no noise even being next to busy street. very easy to reach by car through a new access road and tunnel coming from Leon, Gto. better leave car in hotel and walk to city center or take taxi or public transport - avoiding limited parking spaces downtown.”
