The hotel is honestly amazing. Well located, staff always with a smile and helpful when we needed. The staff and constantly takibg care of the facilities, cleaning windows, trimming bushes, etc etc. you won’t be disappointed!

Great location, the private beach is a real adventage so you don’t have to worry about your stuff or it being crowded. The romantic dinner we planned was great and Jan Jeter made sure it was an unforgettable experience. My compliments to the whole Movenpick staff!

The breakfast was good, the facilities, the staff. If given a chance to visit Boracay again, I would love to stay in Savoy again.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and had an island vibe that we liked. The breakfast buffet was generous and tasty. Pool was welcome at the end of the day.

Private beach, where we stay every day. Breakfast very good ! We came to same hotel back to 2016 and found now very well maintained.

The location of The Tides was amazing. Right in the Dmall and was central to all the shops, stalls, restaurants, bars and white beach. The staff were absolutely amazing especially our porter Abi. He fetched us from the port and travelled with us on the boat and onwards to the hotel. He certainly did a lot of heavy lifting with our 2 suitcases and stroller. The rest of the staff were warm and welcoming and accommodated us at every turn. I asked for 2 rooms to be located next to each other and they delivered. The bartenders and live musicians were great and so interactive. I’d definitely stay here again. The Tides really pays attention to the small details.

STAFF: The service their staff provides is kind of insane. They seemed to have everything we asked for. Every staff would greet and smile. All of them were very accommodating, especially Andy and Harry, who we would run to when we needed something and they always helped us out. The staff is definitely one of the reasons I would stay here again. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: The check-in process was a bit lengthy compared to hotels, but that's usually how it is for resorts. The check-out process was very fast though. The welcome drink was really good. ROOM: Every time we got back to our room, it's always newly cleaned and there were always snacks waiting for us! We always got excited seeing those :) I don't know who did it among our Housekeeping GEMs (Chona/Michie/Clinton/Kisses), but they have mastered the art of towel folding. They always left little notes which I thought was very sweet. The galaxy light was a nice touch too. My favourite part of the room was the plunge pool. SHUTTLE SERVICE: Getting from the airport to the resort was a breeze and it came with oatmeal cookies. We didn't have to do anything but follow where the staff tells us to go. They also have shuttle service between Stations 1 to 3 which was very convenient for us. FOOD/DRINK: The were plenty of breakfast choices at Sand's. The taho tatay shows up at 8am :) We also went for breakfast at Forno Osteria, which was more of a Western breakfast. Lunch and dinner options at Sand's were abundant. I especially loved the seafood they cooked on the spot upon ordering. LOCATION: The location is perfect! It is located at almost the end (I think) of Station 1 so it was a bit far from the beach activities (again, there's shuttle service) and away from the crowd. We mostly stayed at the resort so that didn't really matter to me. The beach is just right in front so it's perfect! OTHERS: We booked our activities with the hotel.

Everything. People were so friendly and helpful even though it was busy for Christmas

The room was a bit tight but perfect for a few days. Had a great sleep with a comfortable bed and air conditioning. The hotel as loungers right on the beach and a moderate pool to cool down after. Breakfast was more than adequate. The staff were sooooo friendly. Use their airport transfer. It was far better than the private one we booked getting to Boracay.

If theres anything. They let us check in early. They watched my kids. They charged the phone we forgot and waited for us to get it. Thank you
