Fantastic place for stay in Ostroda. Hotel new and stay in very quite and comfortable zone with close connection to promenade and resting area of the city. Everything is on higher level. Varied and delicious breakfast. Very big parking. Fantastic spa zone.

Location, staff, interiors, club downstairs, the outside garden with an access to the lake where you can walk, relax or have a drink. The breakfast was more than amazing (which we got for free when I complained about all the issues)

It is a new, large and modern hotel. Very nice main restaurant with lots of space. Very tasty food for both breakfast and dinner. Large, spacious rooms, comfortable beds. However, the lights in the rooms are strangely adjusted. You can't turn on one light without turning on the lights of the whole room. You should fix it. We liked the pool area and saunas. Free parking.
