Spa Hotels in Ustroń

The Hotel is surrounded with trees and located in very quiet area. Internal and external polls are great. The view is relaxing and spacious. The breakfasts are excellent with wide choice of freshly prepared ingredience. All staff are very friendly and well managing any sort of guest needs. Room "comfort" was very well maintained with huge balcony.

Food was amazing great service and people

Perfectly clean, good facilities, good breakfast, family apartment was very warm and cosy with great beds. Had a fantastic sleep. Swimming pool and sauna great.

Almost everything was perfect. Personal was very friendly and helpful. It was possible to leave luggage at the recpetion before check in and we could already start exploring Ustron. We were at 4* part of the hotel and room was big and modern. There are many attractions included in the price, for example swimming pool, sauna, playground, palyroom for children and also animation for children. Breakfast was very good with a big choice of food and drinks. Everyone could find something. Hotel is located approximatelly 20 minutes on foot from railway station and town center and 10-15 minutes on foor from Park Lesnych Niespodzianek. I really recommend it for families with children.

As well always the stuff is nice and smiling, and it is a great location near the centrum

Great position with great people

Our stay at Willa Panorama SPA was absolutely exceptional! The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful people who paid attention to every detail of our stay. The location is beautiful - a peaceful place with stunning views, perfect for relaxing with my partner and our pet. The breakfasts were delicious and varied, and the SPA area allowed us to unwind perfectly. The atmosphere of this place is truly special - you can feel that the hosts put their hearts into what they do.

This place is special, there’s a beautiful view, the rooms are furnished mostly with wooden elements, it’s calm and just has a good atmosphere. The host is attentive and clearly works hard to make sure everything is taken care of.

Nice, cozy place not far from city centre. Well equipped. Shame we didn't ask if the place comes with sauna but that is our mistake. Apart from that everything was fine.

Everything. From staff to installations and kindness from reception which gave us the opportunity of a later check out. Breakfast was amazing. Definitely would come back

Absolutely amazing!!! Restaurant is hotel's huge bonus, as it serves best breakfast buffet I have had for many years.

The location was great with beautiful views. The leisure facilities were great especially the salt rooms steam room and cold water bucket. The children loved the wave pool. We went half board and the food was brilliant . Lots of fresh fish and huge selection. Outside hot tubs were great.

Three are plenty positives but just to mention a few. The breakfast was amazing and each morning something slightly new. The pool is for all ages and temperature is warmish, the Jaccussi was relaxing with beautiful views to the mountains. To turn on the water fall look for the button inside the pool under water on the wall to the left. There are no signs. Slippers and dressing gowns are provided in various sizes (located in your room). The staff were very helpful and spoke some English. The room had two massive radiators and the gloves and hats dried in no time. There are a good selection of drinks in the bar and some warm food is also available.

Nice big clean rooms. Very good breakfast, quite and at the same time central location. Local restaurant with good drinks and food. It was nice to sit on terrace with a drink.
