I liked everything about this hotel. From the front-desk attendant, to the breakfast, to the pool and gym. Everything was professionally organized and clean. The room was super clean, comfortable and beautiful, including with high tech shades and lighting. I am extremely satisfied with my stay at DS Hotel Lusopark, and will definitely book again for other stays, if not longer. This is a five star hotel in my humble opinion. Great place with ocean view. Pictures of the room and facilities definitely reflect the reality. There is a really nice swimming pool and it was not crowded. Very tasty breakfast with a lot options for everyone.

It was definitely a five star experience from the welcome desk and personal orientation to our room to the tranquil spa and everything in between. The staff really made us feel comfortable. The location was easy walking distance to Porto and waterfront shopping and restaurants. And the view from our room was spectacular overlooking the river. We would love to stay again!

Very friendly, welcoming staff and willing to explain and help when needed. The room was a nice size and very nice. Comfortable bed, we even had bathrobes and slippers!! The breakfast buffet was very nice and plenty full. It was about a 35 minute drive to Porto. A perfect place to spent the night after a day in the city.

We love Tivoli Hotels and were so happy to stay at the Kopke! Exceptional service, caring staff, beautiful accommodations and great location. We had the best view from our room. Close to the Port houses, downtown restaurants and a lovely walk to Porto ( also take a cable car for the views). But honesty- the best of everything was right at this hotel. Do not miss the spa!!! The views and treatments both! Breakfast, dinner, the bar and the staff, room service … All lovely! We also enjoyed are delicious welcome port, kind note and traditional pastel de nata Special shout out to Pia and Francisca for getting medical help and running to the pharmacy when my husband injured his back. We felt very cared for and were in good hands. Book your stay here! You won’t be sorry!

Great place to stay outside of the busy center of Porto. The garden and views are great. Spa area was great. We ate at the gastronomic restaurant, dishes were well executed.
