The stuff we're super kind and welcoming. The breakfast was with various fruits. The room was comfortable and big. Lots of facilities were included in the booking.

First off, the room itself was fabulous with a large bed and also a sofa as well as the mini-kitchen facilities, and a nice deck with chairs for sitting outside although for much of our visit we had rain. Also the path to the pool and spa were easily accessible. The spa facilities themselves were fabulous, with a large heated pool, a nice hot sauna and a Turkish bath that was amazing. I also treated myself to a Jacuzzi and a nice massage both of which were perfect for me. Breakfast is in the main restaurant. We took the opportunity to explore the area walking and scootering about. The nearby town is quaint with some lovely restaurants and really interesting features like the old Roman bridge that is still in use to this day. We also had dinner one night in the restaurant and it was delicious.

The location is excellent for access to Caminha central area. Being slightly south of the center area provides a quiet, comfortable base for visiting Caminha. The hotel has a small fitness room with great cardio machines, great dumbbells, adjustable bench and a multi-station machine. I found the fitness adequate for a basic workout. The room was without question very nice with a view of the pool area and the hills behind. The breakfast met my needs with multiple coffee/espresso options, assorted pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt and other traditional breakfast items. Again, the views of the waterfront were quite nice.
