The wellness facilities were excellent. There was no waiting time for the indoor or outdoor slides, and we were able to use the pool on both the day we checked in and the day we checked out. Although the accommodation wasn't cheap, considering the 2-day access to the wellness facilities, it was reasonable. The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was exceptional.

I liked everything: the staff, the spa area, the location, the room with all the facilities, the food. The staff was very helpful each time I needed. The breakfast was very rich and fresh. You get lemonade, țuică and some juice from the house (little gestures always count). Spa area had a pool, a jacuzzi, a sauna + cold water bucket (didn't tried, didn't feel like it 😬). Overall, great accommodation!

The room was spacious, warm, bathroom had the usual facilities. Mattresses were exceptionally comfortable. There is a common kitchen with all kind of equippment you should need. Location from city centre is quite good. Villa has their own private parking area.

The breakfast was great, the area is nice, it's a close walk to the center from the hotel and the restaurant a la carte food menu was acceptable.The massages were great and the saunas are well maintained and looked after.The restuarant and hotel staff were all welcoming and very professional.

Very good food, great diversity for breakfast and lunch. The room was very clean upon arrival. The staff was friendly. Very good location. Excelent parking. Enough for every car. Well maintained pool and spa area. Good services for wellness.

The wellness facilities were excellent. There was no waiting time for the indoor or outdoor slides, and we were able to use the pool on both the day we checked in and the day we checked out. The hotel is brand new. It provides clean and spacious rooms with all the necessary amenities. The food was really nice, there was a good variety of food and drinks to choose from. The SPA had just everything that we needed, including salt water pool, jacuzzi, there were massage services available, sauna and even a pool bar. The staff is also frienfly and helpful, so overall, there is nothing to complain about. We will return for sure. Highly recommended!

The hotel is at a good location. The room was clean and quiet. The wellness area has two huge hiydromassage bathtubs, a Finnish sauna and a small pool, all of which are excellent.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was extremely friendly and the overall atmosphere of the stay was great. The apartment we stayed in was better than expected, very cozy and cute. Breakfast was very diverse, lots of stuff to choose from, even for picky eaters like my partner. The Spa is phenomenal, if you're looking to spend a few days relaxing and not having a care in the world, THIS is the place for you!

Very nice hotel in a great location with great facilities. We enjoyed staying at this hotel's very nice, modern, spacious, clean room. Breakfast is tasty and with lot of options. Spa option is fantastic, both pools were enjoyable as the sauna and indoor&outdoor relaxations zones too. Coffee machines could be improved though.

Rooms are newly refurbished, high quality materials. The Restaurant (both breakfast and dinner) was diversified enough that one is not bored after one week of eating there. The water in all pools was clean. The pool for small kids is very good even for very small kids. The personnel in all area of the hotel (reception, cleaning, restaurant, SPA, mud, massage) is very friendly and professional. The hotel paid parking has plenty of places. In the summer, the accommodation includes free access to Lacul Ursu.
