All things were OK.All staff members were nice . The waiter, man, Mr Turgay Aydincik , was very polite .

I spend 4 wonderful days in Saray hotel. It is situated at a nice place, without noise and traffic, just for relaxing. It is very clean and offers delicious breakfast. Spa is good and I had the best massages there. Thanks for everything!

The pool and spa area amazing

Friendly staff. Good spa. Each room has a hot spring water tap. The rooms are older but clean. Delicious and varied breakfasts and dinners.

The staffs are nice and polite and always ready to assist. The hotel is clean and beautiful. The swimming pool looks good and well maintained unfortunately the weather didn’t allow us to go into the pool. Everything was nice.

"Our stay was absolutely wonderful, and we honestly couldn't have asked for more. The rooms were incredibly clean and bright, with beds that were so comfortable.The bed sheets fresh We loved the swimming pool with its great views and convenient poolside bar. It was also incredibly helpful to have a restaurant and a Carrefour supermarket right there at the hotel. The breakfast was a true highlight! When we arrived, they gave us the choice of a buffet or seated service. We opted for the seated service, and they offered us more than we could have ever imagined—it was so rich and diverse, with all kinds of delicious foods, from fresh fruits and pastries to cheeses and made-to-order omelets. A special shoutout to Nigar and Irem, two young ladies who provided wonderful service during breakfast. The chef also deserves a big thank you for the amazing food. The staff, from the reception team to all the employees we encountered, were amazing. They were so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We were originally a group of nine who planned to stay just one night before heading to Bursa, but we loved it so much that we changed our plans and stayed another night. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so memorable. We can't wait to come back!"

6 of us stayed at this lovely hotel (including our 3 years old daughter) Nicely decorated, clean and friendly staff. We don't speak Turkish so we have relied a lot on the kindness of the receptionist. They have been nothing but the best. AZIZA and EMIR went above and beyond helping us with recommendations and all sort of things. Without us asking they actually managed to even negotiate a better price for taxi to go to Istanbul. Quality people, many thanks for everything!

Everything was just perfect. When we arrived We had made a mistake of making different date booking but the front office manager Mr Murat was very kind to immediately make the relevant changes and provide us with a reservation. More importantly he upgraded our room at no extra charge with a quiet mountain view room. Staff very kind and always ready to help.. Mr. Hakan evening staff at the front office always had a special gift for us whenever we came from outside. He gave us a fruit plate as a kind gesture. They know how to please their guests. Worth a visit.. thank you everyone for making us feel so special. I forgot to mention Mr Anais ,chef Kaan,Ms Saja and another of the restaurant staff don't remember his name all friendly, efficient and helpful.

Great location, kind staff, especially Hamza who gave us tips on where and how to go, great location, my favorit place in Yalova wiht no doubt !
