Excellent service at the Pool Club. The Pool Club Manager, Cennet, Andac, and Alp made a lasting impression with their great communication skills, friendliness, and dedication to service. The atmosphere was always wonderful every time we arrived at the restaurant, and all our wishes were fulfilled with a smile and true customer service spirit. Breakfast service was first-class thanks to the entire staff, but we got to know Cennet and Ahmet especially well due to their outstanding service. Our time at Susona was unforgettable, and we will definitely return – especially because of the amazing staff. Thank you much, 10/5.

Everything was excellent and exceptional, extra ordinary customer services , room was perfectly cleaned, great food selection, enjoyed the water slides (suitable for adults & kids). Special thanks to "Vagif Beyoglu" our butler who made sure we have a comfortable stay, very polite, professional and helpful. Every single staff from (reception, dining, cleaners, shuttle drivers) was welcoming and always ready to help. An Experience Beyond Luxury! From the moment we stepped into Casa Nonna, we knew this place was something truly special. We were warmly welcomed and given a beautiful tour of the hotel by Tatiana, who made us feel right at home from the very beginning. We’re Spanish and very familiar with what good food and great service look like, but Casa Nonna exceeded every expectation we had. It was, without a doubt, an experience unlike any other. From our stunning suite to the attention to detail in every interaction, everything was simply perfect. The breakfast was an absolute dream. Fresh, varied, and served with such care that it became one of the highlights of our days. The room service also deserves special recognition: every dish we ordered felt like it came straight from a Michelin-starred kitchen. The quality, flavors, and presentation were all simply outstanding. The restaurant Morchella deserves a special mention. The service was flawless, and the food… absolutely unforgettable. I never thought I’d say this, but I’ve had better pasta here than in Italy. Every dish was crafted with love and skill, full of flavor and creativity. I’m genuinely emotional as I write this, because I’ve never felt this way when leaving a hotel. I’ve been lucky enough to stay in many five-star properties around the world, but Casa Nonna has left a lasting impression on me. I leave with tears in my eyes, and a deep certainty that I will return. The turquoise waters, the exquisite cuisine, the peaceful elegance of the place, and above all, the heartfelt kindness of the entire team deserve far more than a simple review. This is a great hotel! We liked the friendly staff, especially Damla at the reception desk. The food is great, lots of choice on the breakfast buffet. Big pool, spacious rooms. Adults only. The view from the hilltop over Bodrum is amazing. We got an upgrade to a corner suite and also a late checkout (staying 2 extra hours) was no problem.

We stayed here for a few days and honestly didn’t want to leave. The sea is one of the clearest I’ve seen in Bodrum, and the beach area is very calm, which we really appreciated. We spent most of our time just swimming and relaxing. The food was consistently good, we tried both WAM Kebap and WAM by Karma, and both were great in different ways. Also, the staff were genuinely kind and helpful, not in a forced way. It made the whole experience feel very comfortable.
