there is nothing bad to say about this place. from the staff to the clean rooms to the views, it’s a magical place. Jamy at Nais bar makes the best drinks we had our entire trip and we had plenty. we will 100% be back and hopefully enjoy it just like this time.

Room was excellent, bed was super comfortable. Jacuzzis at the pool area were amazing. Water refills are available at multiple floors. The complimentary shuttle service was useful. Ala Moana is a nice area to visit when you feel too much about Waikiki and this hotel is absolutely good to stay at this area.

The location was amazing. The lagoon/ocean view from the balcony was wonderful. the unit itself was very nice.. balcony, appliances, beds, all wonderful.

    Loved the private beach, facilities (sunscreen, waters, towels) Spa was incredible - best massage. However, these were not in the huts as pictured and requested and as a special occasion I was dissapointed. We did the snorkel canoe tour - ended up being just us - amazing guides super friendly
