Staff are very polite and helpful.

This hotel is spectacular. It's location is unbeatable. The lady who helped us with the check-in at the counter was clear while explaining everything and also very kind all the time. The bedroom was spacious and clean. And climatization was optimal. Also the parking access to the hotel is direct and easy to follow. Definitely 100% recommended and a place where I intend to come back in my next trip to Vegas.

location to teh strip was great 5 min walk max and the room was clean, bed was comfortable and teh shower was great.

I like how everything was centred around linq and I could walk all around to other casinos and explore easily

Being able to stay in an iconic Vegas property was fun, the room was comfortable.

Bed was comfortable. Air con was perfect and thank you for having this on when we arrived. Everything was very clean from the floor to all surfaces, bedding and bathroom. Lighting was good and having the charging ports next to the bedding was perfect. Didn't need to look for wall sockets etc. Parking was a good location for us.

I liked the room very much. It was comfortable, silent, and had amazing vibes. I bought all the candies in the tray.

Everything worked , service provided excellent , nice staff, clean room - everything perfect for a good price.

The room was massive and had a fantastic view of the sphere. Our check-in experience was excellent, with Shelly providing great help to newcomers to town. As you would expect, everything was lavish.

- Huge room - Large bathroom with both shower and bathtub - Entrance into the elevators from both Casino and shopping center level - you can pick the less busy one. - Great rideshare pickup location - some hotels make you walk a lot (e.g. Mandalay Bay), but at the Palazzo it is right below the arrival area and equal with the taxi stand - Close to the Sphere - Big fitness center - pretty much like a (smaller) commercial gym

My Room! I was given a room with a Bellagio Fountain view [w/ Entire Strip view (upgrade)] on the 59th floor.

Hotel staff were very helpful with knowledge of the area and issues with my hire car. Although the rooms decor was a little dated, it was excellent value, also very clean. Hotel facilities were excellent.
