I can't say enough good things about this place, or about the owner, Ariel. He's a great guy that really cares about his guests, and the accommodation is great value for money, and in an excellent location. Our bus from Chile to Mendoza was delayed by a day, and we arrived very late at night, but Ariel made sure it was easy for us to get into the room, and even said we didn't need to pay for the night we weren't there due to the delay (even though it wasn't his fault at all!).

This hotel is truly special and unique. There are so many activities for those that want to enjoy the grounds and area or just lounge by the pool or walk the property. Highly recommend going for lunch up the road at El Paisano (hotel can book for you) and doing the horse back riding up through the Andes mountains. The hotel also organized a wine tasting at zuccardi and alpha crux. The team also surprised us over new years with a New Year’s party which was a blast. The complimentary breakfast is amazing as well. Thank you Hernan and Rodrigo for your warm hospitality.

Tapiz ligger i en renæssancevilla fra 1890'erne, omgivet af 4 hektar vinmarker og olivenlunde. Gæsterne kan deltage i olivenhøsten og nyde vinsmagning om aftenen. Very lovely hotel. Friendly staff, big room, pool and gym facilities were a plus. Food was nice. Wine tasting each night was a lovely touch

The room was super comfortable and had fantastic facilities. Breakfast was delicious. Above all, the staff went far and beyond by helping us get to the bus station as I'd run out of cash. El Encuentro is a lovely, comfortable place, located on a quiet street. It’s in an easy walking distance to many restaurants, stores, and some wineries. The owner family and staff were very friendly and helpful, providing us with great tourism information. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We enjoyed staying there very much and would love to come back again!
