Right in front of Nahuel Huapi Lake, Design Suites Bariloche offers rooms with lake or mountain views. A fitness centre and an indoor/outdoor swimming pool are featured. Our room was big, comfortable and clean! Everything about it was great! Breakfast had a nice variety. We had dinner there one night and it was delicious. We used the pool. Gym was decent. We would have used the sauna as well if we had more time. Staff was very helpful. About 30min walk to the main square. Nice location as you can explore the surroundings in either direction.

This luxurious mountain lodge features exclusive views of Nahuel Huapi´s picturesque lakeshore. It is a 20-minute drive from Catedral Ski Centre, and offers self-catering contemporary apartments. Fantastic stay at Catalonia-sur. Beautiful location and probably one of the best views I’ve ever seen from our living area and bedroom with a panoramic of the mountains and lakes. Staff were really friendly and helpful with itinerary and booking boat trip. Kids really enjoyed the pool and the breakfast. The apartment was also modern and nicely furnished. Some lovely restaurants nearby like the stag and el patacón. We had a car but glad we stayed here rather in the city as felt closer to nature. Would highly recommend and will stay again if we are back in Bariloche.

So quiet and peaceful, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful -- the front desk helped us with some logistics before we arrived, such as helping us set up a rental car and arranging for some excursions during our stay. We were so sad to leave!

I liked: 1. The location of the hotel. 2. The view of the lake. 3. The silence, which would not be there if the hotel was in the city. 4. There is a bus stop nearby, which allows you to get to almost any point in the city. 5. Unusual appearance and an outdoor pool. 6. There are excellent restaurants nearby.
