La liste des choses à retenir serait si longue...(piscine > top, restaurants > top, petits déjeuner > top, billet personnel de transport en commun remis à notre arrivée > top...) Bref, je conseillerais à de nombreux établissements français de prendre leur exemple...

Local products are used. Great advice from the sommeliere for Austrian wines. Excellent breakfast. Huge spa area, swimming pool and garden. Hiking, biking, sightseeing - lots of options nearby. Staff is polite, friendly and well-trained.

Everything was perfect, the staff is extremely friendly, the food is great (the dark chocolate mousse is a dream). Very clean, very quiet, even if the hotel is across the street from the train station. We travelled with our 4-year child, he was spoiled by the staff :)
