The breakfast was plentiful, satisfying all needs, the dinner selection was excellent and very tasty. The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance of the main ski lift. The hotel also provides ski storage in a comfortable, heated storage room. The hotel staff is kind, attentive and very polite.

Hotel B&B VILLA-ALPIN ligger i Grossarl, 39 km från Eisriesenwelt Werfen, och erbjuder boende med en trädgård, gratis privat parkering, en terrass och en bar. Everything was perfect. The staff was very kind. The facility is brand new, rooms very nice and clean. Breakfast really extremely good. The also opened the sauna area for me only. The hotel is located in a wonderful location. A further plus is that it is situated very close to a big playground for kids. What else to say? We'll definitely come back!

Simply incredible. Goes into few things in your life that you need to experience. I have no words. It’s one of those times when you wanna bring all of your friends to see the place 😀. Staff were fantastic. Reception staff ready to take your hand and show you the place. Take you where you need to go. Restaurant staff-highest level pros that speak multiple languages and are extremely friendly. Spa staff-kind and polite with (as my wife testifies) extraterrestrial massage abilities (Krishna I’m looking at you!). Hotel manager that is totally hands on. Jumped on one of my problems and solved it like a wizard. Much appreciated.

The room was TOP, you could see how they took care of the details. The food and drinks were great and we cannot thank more the staff working there. The pool and sauna were also fantastic with the possibility of going outside. We will be back.
