We stayed here on our honeymoon and the staff were EXCEPTIONAL. The lovely woman at the front desk organised for our room to be decorated beautifully. Another young man at the front desk helped us with all of our questions. All of the staff were amazing. Of all the hotels we stayed at, the staff here were the ones who made our trip the most special. We extended our trip to stay here another night. The food was varied and AMAZING! Communication was fantastic, everyone spoke at least English and many staff also spoke other languages. Would stay again.

A szoba gyönyörű, tágas, nagyon tiszta, mindennel felszerelt (edények, mikrohullámú sütő, vízforraló, étkező asztal, vasaló stb., semmi nem hiányzott). A törölközők és a fürdőszobai piperecikkek bőségesen rendelkezésre állnak, a klímaberendezés erős. Az erkélyről csodás panoráma nyílt egy dombra, a falura és a tenger is látható volt. A szúnyoghálónak köszönhetően rovarok nélkül lehet aludni. A medence vize kellemes, a mérete tökéletes a szálloda vendégszámához képest. A wellness színvonalas, több szaunával, lehetséges masszázs, kozmetikai kezelés is. Az étterem finom ételekkel és akár személyre szabott mini büfé reggelivel tökéletes volt. Fantasztikusan éreztem magam, a személyzet kedvessége, figyelmessége, segítőkészsége nagyon jólesett. Bármikor szívesen visszatérek ide, olyan gyönyörű volt mind a szálloda, mind Kranevo strandja. The room is beautiful, spacious, very clean, equipped with everything (dishes, microwave oven, kettle, dining table, iron, etc., nothing was missing). Towels and bathroom toiletries are abundantly available, and the air conditioning is strong. The balcony offered a wonderful view of a hill, the village and the sea. Thanks to the mosquito net, you can sleep without insects. The water in the pool is pleasant, the size is perfect for the number of guests in the hotel. The wellness is of a high standard, with several saunas, possible massages and cosmetic treatments. The restaurant was perfect with delicious food and even a personalized mini buffet breakfast. I felt fantastic, the kindness, helpfullness and attentiveness of the staff was very pleasant. I would love to come back here anytime, both the hotel and Kranevo beach were so beautiful. A wellness részleg színvonalas Jó a konyha, változatosak az ételek. Kevés hal étel volt ami egy tengerparti hotelben hiányzott.

We liked the room, big and cosy and clean, comfortable, with a small sea view. Staff very nice. Beakfast very good. We had silence. Diiner by the swimmimg pool, romantic nightwalkimg on the beach as the hotel is right on the beach.Everything was excellent, so we definitely come again.

Amelia Hotel Albena is the latest 5-star jewel that you simply can't resist. The food exceeded our expectations. Fresh, tasty and various. Very big rooms and clean. The only minus is the pool bar, which is very weak in services. And the drinks can be improved. In the rest, keep going like this because , for a family holiday, you are some great hosts.
