O Helios Hotel está localizado na costa, ao lado da Praia Central de Balchik e perto do centro da cidade. We liked the room, big and cosy and clean, comfortable, with a small sea view. Staff very nice. Beakfast very good. We had silence. Diiner by the swimmimg pool, romantic nightwalkimg on the beach as the hotel is right on the beach.Everything was excellent, so we definitely come again.

The only minus is the pool bar, which is very weak in services. And the drinks can be improved. In the rest, keep going like this because , for a family holiday, you are some great hosts.
