We visit the place once or twice a year, and we are never disappointed. The rooms and the facilities are clean and looked after. The stuff are helpful. The food is delicious. If you want to relax , this is the right place for you.

El Ruskovets Thermal SPA & Ski Resort es un moderno complejo hotelero situado en Dobrinishte, a solo 6 km de Bansko. We had an amazing stay at Ruskovets Resort. The food was excellent, every breakfast and dinner was different, always fresh, and very tasty. The room was amazing, very spacious, with a separate living room, which made our stay extremely comfortable. The service was excellent and the staff were very kind and professional. The pool area was amazing, especially for kids. They have a separate children’s pool with warm water, which was perfect and made our stay even more enjoyable as a family. The resort is very close to Bansko, just a 6–7 minute drive, making it the best choice if you want to visit Bansko but stay somewhere peaceful and comfortable. We will definitely come again and highly recommend Ruskovets Resort.

The hotel is excellent, stuff is super friendly and helpful, Ahmed helped us with the luggage, and is always here when you need him, breakfast was a 10, fresh baked goods, fluffiest pancakes you can image, a lot of variety and with good quality. Very clean and modern rooms, and overall interior of the hotel. Also very smart with the specialized room for ski equipment and the door that leads you out where the shuttle stands. Complementary Shuttle service to the Gondola and back, very helpful not to walk uphill, but it is very close to the gondola. Spa center was decent and clean, stuff was very friendly, I wish it had a thermal bath, that would have made the stay perfect.

Las piscinas a distintas temperaturas están bien. Dentro tiene sauna y sala de vapor. Había otra habitación para masajes pero nadie nos explicó cómo funcionaba. El desayuno muy bien, había de todo y estaba muy rico.

The hotel is brand new and super comfy! Beautiful and spacious studio. Very clean! The outdoor pool with warm thermal water is big. The staff was super friendly and helpful (it's rare to experience such a good service in Bulgaria). Thank you, guys, for your hospitality ❤️
