Stayed here a few times now, location is ideal for sundowners at the end of the day, beautiful view of the sunset… Also a fantastic location to access the village centre.

What a lovely place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Morro de São Paulo! We loved being a little bit away from the hectic town center, just a short walk along the beach to get back to the hotel, but easy to access many restaurants and stores when we wanted to go into town. There was a festival happening in town, but at the hotel it was perfectly quiet and peaceful! There's also a car service to take you into town but we usually just walked except when arriving and leaving with our bags - it's maybe a 10 min walk along the beach! The restaurant was decent, the staff was incredible and we loved the bartenders at the swim up pool! You're also right on the beach, so you can walk out and grab a drink from the floating bars in the ocean, relax by the pool, or sit in a hammock and read. The hotel also set us up with a local guide to take us around the island to see the other beaches. A dream vacay! I wish we'd had more time.

Vila dos Orixas is located on Praia do Encanto, in Morro de São Paulo. It has a pool surrounded by palm trees, plus WiFi in the entire hotel, including the pool and beach areas. The distance from everything, the tranquility and the amenities. The staff is so well trained and went the extra mile for us. A big thank you to Danilo, at the restaurant, and Vera, at the reception, who made every effort to make our stay even more enjoyable (including a delicious birthday cake)
