The service was truly exceptional – the staff went above and beyond to make our visit special. We were celebrating a friend’s birthday, and they surprised us with balloons and a cake in the room. Such thoughtful gestures made the experience unforgettable. Highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel is located less than one mile from the Maid of the Mist Niagara Falls boat tour. It features a full service spa and free Wi-Fi in the rooms. Everything, the location, the size of the rooms. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Loved the breakfast in bed format, great way to start the day.

Attractively situated in Toronto, The Omni King Edward Hotel features air-conditioned rooms, a fitness centre and a bar. I booked a short stay, just overnight, as I was in Toronto to attend a concert. The hotel was right in the heart of the action. Very convenient location. The hotel itself was absolutely stunning. I opted for a king deluxe room and it was HUGE! The room was immaculate. Check in was smooth and the representative very kind and welcoming. I would highly recommend!

Beautiful, modern, very spacious, studio sized room with lovely kitchenette. Quiet location and a very comfortable bed and sitting area. Clean, spacious modern bathroom facilities. Really delightful!

Fantastic interior of rooms and very functional amenities. Restaurant was brilliant for breakfast and dinner. D-bar is also a great place for a dinner or drink. In front of the hotel there is a nice small garden, which was pretty decorated for Christmas. The personal is professional and very kind! Thank you so much for making our stay an unforgettable experience!!!
