All staff members worked seamlessly as one team, from senior management to frontline staff, all visibly present and supportive throughout the hotel. A special mention goes to Thomas for his exceptional support—he guided us on where to go skiing and assisted with reservations, making our stay smooth and stress-free. I would also like to commend the ladies serving in the dining restaurants; they were extremely friendly, professional, and clearly experienced, adding great warmth and efficiency to the dining experience.

The photos don’t do this place justice! The views are truly amazing. It’s up the steep hill and away from the main street so we didn’t feel the rush or crowds of tourists at all. We stayed here in September for 4 nights in one of the apartments on the top floor. It was spacious and had its own kitchen, balcony that looked straight at the mountains (a room with a perfect view!), and a washing machine and dryer. We ate dinner at the hotel as the walk up from the main street is a steep 20 minute walk, and we didn’t want to do it in the evening with a young child (buses stop around 5:30-6pm). Breakfast was plentiful too. Our daughter LOVED running around and playing in the field in front of the hotel. We walked down to the main street to catch the train or took the bus to where we wanted to visit. It was all easy and thoroughly enjoyable. The staff were lovely and very helpful.
