The location and the views were excellent. We was there for 4 nights in total over new years ! New Year’s Eve we had dinner in the hotel and it was amazing ! So tasty! It was ashame that there was no snow because the full bodmi arena wasn’t open but that’s nothing on the hotel! The breakfast was nice, so much variety ! Staff were super friendly ! Loved the little notes in the morning to inform us what was happening each day.

The Arc-en-ciel hotel in traditional Chalet style is a hotel situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of Gstaad, next to the Eggli cable car station, close to the car-free centre. thanks and appreciation to the hotel management for their warm welcome and generous hospitality throughout my stay. It was an exceptional experience in every way, from the cleanliness and comfort to the excellent organization and attention to detail. I would like to especially thank Mr. Wael for his outstanding cooperation, refined manner, and unwavering commitment to guest comfort. He fulfilled all my requests professionally and with a genuine smile, making my stay incredibly easy and comfortable.
