The staff were extremely friendly, and the resort was exceptionally well maintained and spotless almost brand new. We loved how spacious the rooms were, especially the separate bunk bed area for the kids. The bathroom was also large, with laundry facilities available, and the sauna area was absolutely amazing.

Hotel is only 5-6 minutes walking distance from Celerina station. The room is spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The bed is very comfortable. Staff is very friendly, helpful, and nice, I especially appreciate Federica Pappaletera who is very nice and attentive. The breakfast was served inside the room. I had a very pleasant stay in Hotelino Petit Chalet! I'll definitely come back to this same hotel if I ever come back to Celerina
