Rooms are nice, huge. Bathroom, the same. Has spa, pools, you can swim in the lake if you want. A shady place at the coast. And the hotel is modern.

Kitchen well equipped, nice shower (rare in my Chile accommodations), liked how it was set among trees and shrubs to feel private. Nice big front porch. Host very kind, understanding, organized, and accommodating. I arrived a day early by accident!

Staff was suuuper friendly and helpful, they gave us a bigger cabin than what we booked. Staff always bringing wood and making fire. Fire kept living room nice and warm, even though outside was cold. Cabin is nice, big and with plenty of natural wood. Surroundings is nice, green and between the threes. Super hot shower with plenty of water. Walking distance from city centre, around 20 mins.

The hosts were lovely and very helpful, gave some great recommendations of where to go and eat. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed and then the facilities on site were fantastic, especially for the kids. Wish we could have stayed longer!
