Breakfast was really filling and delicious. Location was perfect, in the center of Quellon. The staff were really friendly. The bed was comfortable & the shower was hot with good pressure.

Clean rooms, beautiful design and artwork, the owners are so nice and helpful. Outstanding view of the city from the room, but very quiet because it is on a hill 5 minutes from town. They have the most sweet and friendly cat. The breakfast was outstanding, everything fresh and delicious- it was breakfast and lunch together. Eguardo speaks excellent English. Just stay here!

Extremely clean bathroom, bedroom and kitchenette. Super comfy bed. Huge breakfast served to our room at the time of our choosing with local cheese, avocado, a selection of cold meats, milk, youghurt, jam, natural juices and incredible bread (they bake it themselves). All appliances working including a Bose bluetooth speaker, perfect for enjoying the complimentary bottle of wine to soft music in the jacuzzi at night. Gloria y Cote are the nicest hosts ever, they treat you truly like family. They were so nice that when I asked for a charcoal grill to make a night barbecue they bought one specially for us! Even though Castro city is close (5 min drive) we went looking for a quiet place to relax but this exceeded our expectations, if you need a place to relax in Chiloé THIS IS IT!!

Both architecturally interesting and beautifully situated. Loved the accommodations, the food and the spa. Great base to explore the island along with helpful tips on what to see.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient. The room was tidy and relaxing, the location was practical for getting around, and the staff were genuinely kind and helpful. A pleasant stay overall.

OCIO Territorial Hotel offers free WiFi in Chiloe, only 500 metres from the beach area. Free parking is provided. Castro city centre is 30 km away. Location:quiet,beautiful landscape and with a very nice view over the water.Yet only 20 km from Castro.Due the to location, availability of a car is highly recommended..Staff are very friendly and helpful.The restaurant serves really good food.Recommend the use of the hot tub which is located in a beautiful spot.
