The Hotel was perfect after coming back from the W-track. The breakfast was really good and they had a lot of food options. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were vary spacious and clean. It’s a a couple of minutes outside of puerto natales but still very easy to reach (either walking or by taxi). Additionally they have a nice spa. I 100% recommend the hotel.

The apartment is modern, clean and cosy. Staff were very friendly and available via WhatsApp if you have any questions. Although the staff didn’t speak English we communicated through WhatsApp and Google translate. Owner’s dogs are very friendly too on entry to the front yard. Bedding, towels, tea, coffee and toiletries were in the apartment. Punta Arenas is a great city, having European and American influences. There are plenty of places to shop, including duty free shops in the shopping malls. I was visiting family but I felt safe walking around on my own. The people are friendly in cafes, restaurants and shops with some staff speaking limited English.

Setting amazing. Log fire in breakfast buffet area very special. Staff super helpful and friendly. Wine and food excellent. Room very comfortable with great view.

Everything. Mesmerizing property, amazing location, mostly nice food, the pools, lovely personnel, the manager is always on site and super kind, the excursions are great and the rangers are very very good and fun.
