The staff did an excellent job coordinating transportation and tours, making it easy to explore the breathtaking surroundings without stress. After adventurous days, relaxing at the spa and pool—especially with a soothing massage—was the perfect way to unwind. Both restaurants offered delicious meals throughout the day. Breakfast had a great variety, and lunch and dinner were consistently satisfying. A special mention goes to the cordero tasting, a thoughtful touch that gave us a real taste of Patagonia. The hotel’s amenities are top-notch: the water station with hot, cold, and even sparkling options was a welcome surprise, and the rooms were incredibly comfortable. I especially appreciated the exceptional body cream provided—such a luxurious detail! The views from the property are simply stunning, adding to the overall magic of the stay. Overall, Rio Serrano exceeded expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking to combine adventure with luxery relaxation in one of the most beautiful corners of the world.

Cabañas Avenida España fica em Punta Arenas. A acomodação disponibiliza Wi-Fi grátis em toda a propriedade. The apartment is modern, clean and cosy. Staff were very friendly and available via WhatsApp if you have any questions. Although the staff didn’t speak English we communicated through WhatsApp and Google translate. Owner’s dogs are very friendly too on entry to the front yard. Bedding, towels, tea, coffee and toiletries were in the apartment. Punta Arenas is a great city, having European and American influences. There are plenty of places to shop, including duty free shops in the shopping malls. I was visiting family but I felt safe walking around on my own. The people are friendly in cafes, restaurants and shops with some staff speaking limited English.

The guided treks and walks were interesting and we saw so many amazing animals, birds and landscapes. The riding excursion on the ranch with a gaucho was a highlight. Each and every member of staff were friendly and helpful. An unforgettable stay.

Not 5 star (regarding rooms) but tries to be, which is okay because you are there for a hiking/outdoor experience, not a glamourous pampering. Small mistakes here and there, but staff always worked to resolve in my favor. Purchased horseback riding (twice) - great time, but horses so well trained; if been on horse once before, then consider yourself an expert. Dinners were extremely good. All staff every accommodating. In 3 days, no problems unresolved. Only negative would be King beds are really 2 double beds pushed together. Stayed 1 night at Hotel Lago Gray (for convenience to Cat) and this place much better.
