Front desk staff were really helpful in helping me book for the 1 day trip to Wulong Karst & Fairy Mountain. Wayyy cheaper than booking online. It's only roughly 400RMB for the 1 day trip. look for the manager Rebecca if she's there at the outlet if you need any help, she can speak fluent English. Other front desk staff can also speak simple English :). And also a bonus, they help you wash, dry+fold your laundry for free! Just give them a basket of your dirty clothes and they'll wash it clean and return to your room! It's a lil bit tricky to find the hotel, but they will send you pictures on how to walk with directions so you don't get lost :)

Very helpful staff. The girls from the reception were king to help me with anything regarding my stay at the hotel and with tips about the city. The hotel is clean and there is daily cleaning and new towels and water. The location is great: right next to metro 10 and 5 min walk from metro 2, so you can easily get around the city. Good breakfast, with all you need, multiple dishes to choose from. There are also lots of restaurants and even local places to eat delicious food. Close also to a food stalls area next to the Auditorium.
