Easy to do the Check in, staff very friendly as well as at the restaurant and pool area. They were able to speak in English with my partner.

The 5-star Hotel Dann Carlton is located in the exclusive Bucaramanga district, central Santander. It offers luxurious accommodations and panoramic city views from the rooftop pool and sun terrace. It was very clean , good facilities. The staff was all very friendly and helpful . Good location will be staying again in the future !!

It's well-located, the property grounds are lovely, and the staff was very kind. We stayed in the suite and the bed was really comfortable (it's memory foam which we prefer because it's firmer & better for our backs). The outdoor shower was amazing. The breakfasts were delicious (they had a few options, I recommend the fried eggs & tomatoes with herbs, so good!) We also really enjoyed their private pool & lounge areas. They offer filter water in their kitchen area which we really appreciated.
