I'm traveling a lot and this hotel was one of the best hotel-experiences so far. great location in trendy area, super friendly and helpful staff. We could check in earlier and check out later. Great room design. It was great to brush my teeth with Berlin view. Special mention 24/7 free snacks and drink on the 7th floor with great view. It was very comfy to work and relax there. Will definitely coming back!

We liked it all, but specificailly The staff is excellent, super attentive. We travel a lot but but were pleasently surprised by the staff especially. The rooms are large and roomy. Perfect for families Our room even had a kitchen which was nice for the kids we could have snacks in here (there's also a mini bar)s Pool/Spa area was very nice and kept clean and with clean towels. Attention to details such as fresh apples and Lime/lemon water in the "pool bar" were nice touches. Breakfast was delicious and since we were there over Easter, the hotel decorated with Easter-bunny chocolates at the table (and hung Easter Eggs by our room door on Easter Sunday - nice touch).

Charming hotel. Comfortable bed and room. Great location- lovely, quiet residential area. Less than 10 minute walk to excellent restaurants and cafes. A nice contrast to the busy city centre which was only a 10 minute tram ride away.
