Situato nel cuore di Luxor, l’hotel Steigenberger offre sistemazioni moderne con vista incantevole sul Nilo. Ho trascorso un ottimo soggiorno allo Steigenberger Nile Palace Hotel. Il personale è stato molto gentile e le ragazze del Guest Relation mi hanno aiutato con grande cortesia. La camera aveva una bellissima vista sul Nilo e il cibo era davvero buono. Con un bar per gli ospiti, Nile Carnival Cruise 4nt Lxr Thursday 3nt Asw Monday offre camere a Luxor a 10 km da Luxor Train Station e 12 km da Luxor Museum. la cosa migliore è stato il personale, che era sempre super attento a ogni necessità e dettaglio. Tutti gli impiegati sono trained in modo eccellente, servizio di alto livello, gentilissimi e premurosi, non invadenti ma sempre presenti. Un ringraziamento speciale, io e mio marito vorremmo farlo a Maher, il manager della crociera, per averci accompagnato nell organizzazione sin da mesi prima di arrivare; ci ha persino organizzato tutte le escursioni private - auto privata e guida privata - con un egittologo fantasticalo e molto preparato, Raymon (grazie speciali anche lui!). Vorremmo ringraziare anche Mohammed del servizio housekeeping, un tesoro, e Robi del ristorante molto tenero e professionale. Infine una nota degna di merito alla nostra camera “imperiale”, la suite che era pulitissima, organizzata benissimo e molto grande. Ci siamo trovati proprio da dio!
