The staff at the Kempinski Nile Hotel were exceptional, making our stay very comfortable - nothing was too much trouble. Our room had a Nile view and it was very pleasant to watch the boats in the evening. Food was excellent, although we felt breakfast was a little overpriced compared to the restaurants for dinner. The spa facilities comprise jacuzzi, steam and sauna. It was nice to be able to relax after a dusty and strenuous day exploring Cairo.

Reception staff is friendly and made a swift check in ,housekeeping was helpful and responsive for any remark and the room cleaning was witnessed the room was tidy ,clean ,and comfort besides all amenities were working properly ,breakfast buffet was great ,room service staff was excellent that hotel is recommended for business and working staying you will be relaxed in a calm environment and you can recreate during your business traveling in a swimming pool area and the spa.

Location is excellent and 5 mins from the airport. There isn't much to do in the area if this is your main hotel for a trip to Cairo. My highlight was my massage by the Thai lady in the spa. back and shoulders 30 mins $40 really rejuvenated me! The Italian and the Lebanese restaurants are good and well priced. There is a pub, Chinese and indian restaurant onsite too.

The hotel ist safe and well located in the city close to the Egyptian Museum. The room is clean and comfortable, the bed and mattress are high quality, I slept very well. The staff is very frendly and helpful. SPA and massage with professional-staff. Breakfast abundant and varied.

We liked the location since it was quite central but much more quiet than around the Tahrir square. The room is spacious and modern which we also liked. The breakfast room is on the 11. floor in the next building and has a very nice view and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was very friendly.

Excellent service and super friendly. We got a lovely welcome drink upon arrival. We had a nice room, very spacious. The gym and the sauna area is just great. The rooftop pool is also very relaxing when its not too crowded. Breakfast is one of the best we ever had, lots of different choices, fresh and delicious. We would absolutely recommend staying here.

We liked the staff, especially in the Spa, Ghada was great in spa reception, and Wan in the massage, and also around the pool area Mohamed arranged for games for the children and was very nice. The location was great near the airport with a complimentary shuttle every hour (worth it if you have an early flight). Also check in and all staff were very nice, and we forgot something in the room and they immediately found it and sent us an email. Breakfast was good and so was the Lebanese restaurant.

Excellent service from wonderful numerous staff. Very comfortable and very clean. Very good restaurant with massive breakfast. Wonderful body scrub and massage by Ines at the hotel’s spa.
