Speaking Arabic, English and Spanish at the 24-hour front desk, staff will be happy to provide guests with practical information on the area. the new hotel was wonderful the owner was there to greet us,the room was lovley everything worked shower presume was great lovley towels the staff were amazing, always polite on hand the breakfast on top floor overlooking the pool and the pyramids every day was brilliant, something different every day,today we had mini cheese and ham croissant just baked fresh orange juice fantastic coffee omelet the most beautiful lady who served us every day was my "mum" she wanted us to feel at home and she did after traveling many countries of the world this lady and her helpers come out on top for service with a smile everyone EVERYONE were so polite and friendly
