I would like to highlight Ms. Amnia Qutb, as she is truly the star of this hotel. I cannot emphasize enough how her assistance made my stay so comfortable. The view was breathtaking, and it was all a result of Ms. Amnia's thoughtful choices.. Their breakfast was out of this world, i loved it. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Este hotel de 4 estrellas está situado en un entorno tranquilo de vegetación, junto a la costa de Ismailia, y tiene su propia playa privada junto al lago. This is my first visit in a long time, i was surprised with quality of service by all staff there specially selvia an youssef, room vibe was absolutely great it was so clean and comfortable. Great experience i will definitely do it again
