The location was great! On the outskirts of the central historical district and perfect for young 20-30 something’s looking for party into all hours of the night. There were many restaurants within walking distance but I would have preferred a location closer to the beach, which was our primary reason for being there. The free cava and candy bar in the lobby, complimentary hour at the wellness spa, and complimentary in room mini bar were wonderful surprises! Would stay again and have more access to a car in the future.

By far the best hotel we’ve stayed in so far on our trip from Italy to Portugal. Everything was great. Staff were all friendly & helpful. They were so kind to our English bulldog providing a bed & food & water dishes. I would stay here again & highly recommend.

We stayed for our anniversary and the staff did special greeting and anniversary note for us candi and flowers on the bed and of course shampain. Receptionist was very professional and sweet and all the other staff as well.. Totally worth the money and it was amazing. NB ! Saunas were really good !!!!

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. I booked a suite, and it was the best I've ever had. Huge hall with a working desk, a large TV, and a visitors' WC, a comfy sofa, and a fridge, followed by a massive bedroom with a large TV, followed by a decent-sized walk-in (!!) closet. A real surprise was the bathroom, just amazing, spacious, and luxurious. A panoramic view from floor 28 was priceless, offering a glimpse of the cathedral at night and the river crossing in Seville. The sunrise view takes my breath away. The hotel is directly connected to the mall - another pleasant detail!
