Location was amazing right on the beach, we went swimming every day, we ended up booking 3 extra days we were so happy with the hotel and facilities. Ideal SPA that had everything, great hiking right next to the hotel, cute little town with cafes and shops walking distance, great staff, service, quality and comfort. Being able to use the SPA for the whole day on check out was a nice bonus to our stay as we had a boat to catch that evening and lots of time to kill.

We loved this hotel from top to bottom: the beautifully-styled and comfortable room, the spacious and elegant bar, the light and attractive restaurant (we ate twice in La Brasserie), the excellent dinners and breakfast, the great sauna and spa complex and the extensive gardens which you can wander round and enjoy. The staff were all charming and helpful, with a 'can do' attitude. We also loved the way the enchanted forest theme is brought into the hotel. It made our view from the room, looking through trees, even more entrancing. We can't wait to go back.

Enthusiasm and sincerity of the host was fabulous. Sandra was always there for us; a friend, indeed. Her garden is a gem -- quite large for a back yard; varied; beautifully maintained. and we were able to sit outside and enjoy a snack and some wine with no one else around. Truly one of a kind accommodation. Highly recommended.

The hotel’s architecture is stunning, truly a one-of-a-kind design that blends futuristic elements with natural surroundings. The rooms are incredibly cozy, with a minimalist yet modern vibe. Our room had a large, circular window that filled the space with natural light and gave it an intimate feel. The dining experience was fantastic, with fresh and well-prepared dishes. We enjoyed a delicious meal with drinks, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was warm and inviting, with beautiful views of the grounds. The indoor pool area was another highlight—immaculately clean, with a unique artistic touch thanks to a striking diving sculpture. It was the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. Overall, The Essenciel Hotel exceeded our expectations with its mix of modern design, comfort, and tranquility. A must-visit for anyone looking for a unique and relaxing stay!

We just spent a few days at this beautiful and peaceful property. We loved the beautiful outdoor space. We had the opportunity to enjoy sitting by the pond in the afternoons to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Our room was beautifully decorated and had everything needed . We enjoyed a fantastic dinner made by the owner and a great breakfast each day. The location of this property was convenient to Dinan and a short drive to St. Malo. I hope to visit again in the future!
