We loved this hotel from top to bottom: the beautifully-styled and comfortable room, the spacious and elegant bar, the light and attractive restaurant (we ate twice in La Brasserie), the excellent dinners and breakfast, the great sauna and spa complex and the extensive gardens which you can wander round and enjoy. The staff were all charming and helpful, with a 'can do' attitude. We also loved the way the enchanted forest theme is brought into the hotel. It made our view from the room, looking through trees, even more entrancing. We can't wait to go back.

Lovely room, gardens and spa facilities although we did not use the spa facilities on this particular visit. Breakfast very good and property is lovely and quiet with excellent host.

Our room had a large, circular window that filled the space with natural light and gave it an intimate feel. The dining experience was fantastic, with fresh and well-prepared dishes. We enjoyed a delicious meal with drinks, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was warm and inviting, with beautiful views of the grounds. The indoor pool area was another highlight—immaculately clean, with a unique artistic touch thanks to a striking diving sculpture. It was the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring.
