Our favorite part of this visit was the friendliness and helpfulness of the entire Madison staff. They clearly explained everything, from spa hours, to breakfast options, and reception hours. It was very nice to have the option to get coffee all day on the balcony! The beds were SO COMFORTABLE! The breakfast buffet was a deal, with many options and delicious coffee! The rooms were spotless and had everything we needed! We could even cast our phone apps to watch english tv! Wifi worked very well. And finally, the location was close to everything! The harbour, the beach, shopping, grocery, and historical buildings. We will be back, and The Madison is where we will stay.

Get away from the crowds and enjoy beautiful countryside. Our room had a balcony where we we ended our day with wine and a charcuterie board of meats and cheese from the restaurant. Parking is offered behind the hotel but you are allowed to drop off your luggage at the entrance. The staff are kind, pleasant, and helpful. They added to the joy of our stay. I highly recommend this place.

Grand Hôtel Thalasso & Spa is located on the seaside in Saint-Jean-de-Luz, and it has a restaurant with a bar. The spa and wellness centre is in a luxurious 1000 m² building. Very nice hotel, well situated on the beach, friendly staff and great breakfast.
