From the moment we arrived, the hospitality at Les Carmes was exceptional. Pascal, the host, is not only welcoming but also incredibly knowledgeable and worldly! I'm certain he has traveled to one of the countries we call home. His warmth and generosity were evident when he upgraded our room at no extra cost. The hotel itself is cozy and elegant, radiating the charm of a bourgeois family estate. Surrounded by apple orchards, it offers a serene and authentic Provençal experience. The attention to detail extends to the rooms, with a supremely comfortable mattress, perfect water pressure in the shower, and an inviting warmth that made our stay all the more pleasant. Pascal went above and beyond by personally booking our table at Renaud Mets in L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, where we had an unforgettable meal! Every dish felt like a piece of heaven. Back at the hotel, the breakfast and dining experience were equally exquisite. Though I didn’t have time to try the spa, everything else about Les Carmes made it a truly special place to stay in the South of France. It’s an ideal retreat to experience the region’s culture, hospitality, and culinary excellence! Plus, it’s conveniently close to Aix-en-Provence. A wonderful destination, and one I’d gladly return to.

Beautiful hotel was a treat after a 250km solo hike through Provence. Got the family room with balcony overlooking the pool where I was able to enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the sunset, doesn’t get better. Top quality bedding and linen honestly couldn’t say anything negative about it. A true 5 star hotel. Also made use of the gym.

I loved EVERYTHING about it, it looks exactly like in the picture, every detail is thought of. The host was kind and easily reachable, self check-in. The place smells AMAZING like you're in a spa. Took 9 minutes to drive to the airport from there. Do yourself a favour and make sure you stay here if you get the chance. I'd go back any chance I get!

We were a group of 8 adults and 2 kids, and our stay was very comfortable. The apartments are very nice, spacious, and very well equipped. The owner was super nice and helped with everything.

The apartment is very comfortable surrounded by a large garden. It is peaceful and relaxing and is only a few minutes away by car from the main attractions. There is a farmer close by if you want fresh produce. The supermarkets are a bit far so plan ahead for supplies. Laurie and Alban are great hosts and where very accommodating when we asked for something that we were missing.

This is a great apartment to stay for a couple of days. I had some doubts about jacuzzi, but it was exceptionally clean! And overall apartment cleanliness was great. Location is also great! If you come by car, you have to make use of free parking called Parking Relais İle Piot and take a free shuttle bus P1. It takes you to the town wall from where you can walk 2 min to the apartment. Apartment itself is located in a quiet street. Airco works well and saves your night sleep on a hot night. Bed was great too. Single pillow is enough to hold your neck. Bed linen was new and felt nice. No complaints about Wi-Fi too. It worked really fast and without interruptions. Kitchen is also well equipped and has everything you need.
