From the moment I arrived, the caring, intelligent and helpful team went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable while I was recovering from surgery and somewhat incapacitated. Maddie on Front Desk is outstanding, effortlessly thinking of every detail to assist. Brilliant service! The deluxe bed was incredibly comfortable and the room felt opulent and cosy. I bought a 2 hour pass for the spa, which was a rare find and a great hydrotherapy experience.

O Maconald Frimley Hall Hotel and Spa está convenientemente situado para acessar as autoestradas M3 e M25. Beautiful hotel and staff are superb! All staff in hotel were incredible but especially staff at breakfast. It has been a long time since I have found such fab service. Cannot recommend this hotel enough. Staff are complete asset and would not stay anywhere else if I was in area again
