Obviously, the view is stunning :) In fact, it turned out to be even better that I'd expected. But on top of that, the communication with the host was great, the check-in/out process went smoothly, the bed and the bathroom were really comfortable... I don't like the New Boulevard district that much but if you want to see the better part of Batumi every day from an incredible angle, that definitely is the spot!

We stayed there in Batumi for the new year holiday with my family for 4 nights. As Batumi is a small city , everything is in walking distance. However the location of this apartment is like in the middle of everything. 2 mins to Nuri Lake , 5 mins to beach , 5 mins to Europe square etc. Amenity was good with 1 queen bed and one foldable sofa in the living room , a small balcony and toilet/bathroom. Everything was clean and tidy. Apart from everything , Irakli , our host was super friendly,always at reach and helpful. He was more like a friend than a host. I can now say that I have a friend in Batumi. Surely I will pick this place up for the next visit in case. Thank you Irakli for your help !

The hotel offers spa facilities, indoor pool tennis court and a fitness centre. amazing location overlooking the sea. you can see batumi and the snow covered mountains. the building has a very cool kind of art deco vibe. big rooms and huge bathroom. the staff were kind and helpful. We ordered room service and the food was delicious. it was a very relaxing, peaceful stay and we will definitely go back.

The accommodation offers room service, a 24-hour front desk and currency exchange for guests. it was great , the studio was super clean with brand new sofa and bed . balcony was super nice with the sea view . loved the building itself it was modern and minimalist with all you need for example pool , gym , indoor parking , Spa and casino . breakfast was really delicious they accept cash too even digital currencies .
