Totally recommend.

The apartment is large and bright and was cleaned. It is in very quiet location but at the same time it's very close to the most of attractions. The park is in next door. Seafront is 10 minutes walk. There are cafes and grocery stores around. Host is very friendly and can tell you about everything around, where to go and what to see. And I guess it's so nice to know that he is in touch at any time and ready to help you on any issue! Even though I didn't need help)

The location is truly unique – isolated on a cliff facing the sunset, surrounded by nature with stunning sea views. The infinity pool and the other facilities, including the diverse spa center, the entertainment area with bowling and billiards, and the beautiful private beach, made the stay even more special. Breakfast was tasty and varied, and the food at the hotel restaurant was also excellent. Highly recommended for a relaxing and memorable experience.

The apartment in Batumi was very clean and comfortable. The room was well organized, the beds were comfortable, and everything fully matched the photos. The location was excellent — close to the sea and the city center. The host was very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. If we visit Batumi again, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Batumi Beach fica a 4 minutos a pé de distância. it was great , the studio was super clean with brand new sofa and bed . balcony was super nice with the sea view . loved the building itself it was modern and minimalist with all you need for example pool , gym , indoor parking , Spa and casino . breakfast was really delicious they accept cash too even digital currencies .
