One of the best price to quality ratio places I have ever stayed! Everything is perfect! The rooms are large and comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and clean with great water pressure. Large shared kitchen with everything you need. Private secure parking also and great wifi. We extended our stay here as it was so peaceful. We could use the washing machine for free and dry our clothes in the garden. The host maya was so kind and welcoming. She even gave us two bottles of home made wine and always was friendly and made us feel at home. Honestly can’t say enough good things about this place 👌 if you’re wanting to explore the town there is no better place. Thank you 🙏

Beautiful area. And very friendly and helpful owner Zaur) Near the house has bus station, shops and ATM. The center is close. About 15-20 minutes walk. House has all what you need. Also, transfer from/to airport. And excursions. Zaur is the best guide!) I highly recommend to take excursion from him and stay in his property. And for sure, I will come back! Thank you for all!)

Tamaz’s Garden vine, made by himself is always on the table, :))) he invited us and we enjoyed :))) we recommend this beautiful house with paradise garden to everyone.
