I initially booked 1 night at this hotel after arriving from a long trip. My plan was to go stay at another place for the following days. However, I had a delightful first night and proceeded to book another 3 nights to cover the rest of my stay. The staff at this hotel welcomed me very warmly, immediately shared the WiFi password with me, and explained the hotel facilities. The room was very clean and appropriately stocked with all the basics, including a full mini-bar. I liked the fact that I could control the thermostat and turn it off. Many hotels in Georgia have automatic heating in the room which makes it too hot. In this hotel, I could turn it off and have a cooler room. The room has a modern TV, so you can easily watch Netflix, YouTube etc. The bed was very comfortable, I prefer a firmer mattress - so this helped me have a great sleep. The bathroom is supplied with quality soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. I have also stayed at hotels around Rustaveli street, and I prefer this location in Chugureti. A special thanks to Soror and Bahar for their helpfulness and kindness.

The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, with a wide array of fresh, high-quality options to choose from. In every aspect, from the luxurious facilities to the personal touches from the staff, our stay at Swissôtel Tbilisi was exceptional. We left feeling thoroughly cared for and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a five-star experience in the heart of the city.
