The kindness of the personnel, their ability to find pragmatic solutions to small problems (baby bathtub, baby bed, suggesting a room change to better accommodate our baby, etc.), was much appreciated. The food was good and varied. The two extra restaurants were a pleasant surprise (one sitting at each restaurant in the evening is included, while the others are all-inclusive). Amazing sea view (room 4212)—worth the extra cost.

Hotel was great, food tastes amazing, staff was helpful. Rooms are cleaned daily, fresh towels every day, even includes beach towels. Also vanity set and toothbrush.
