The territory of the hotel is large, with gardens and multiple paths to take a stroll through. Lots of hidden corners and places to enjoy the island. An app of the hotel allows easy management of all services. Easy to book taxi to the city and airport through the reception.
- FOOD: high quality food. Breakfast is of large variety. 2 restaurants, pool bar, beach bar, 24/7 room service. Amar restaurant is a special gem, with magnificent evening view over the sea and islands in front of the hotel.
- ENTERTAINMENT & EXTRAS: every evening there was live music/dj/acoustic. Yoga classes were available twice a day, other activities included excursions or a tour around the garden.
- ROOMS: clean, comfortable, spacious, excellent service, good minibar, free daily water, coffee and tea selection. sound isolation .
- BEACH: small beach, very clean and the water is crystal. Sunbeds on the sand and on the rocks. A cozy beach bar is very convenient.
- SPA: a good selection of treatments and massage to book extra.
- STAFF: simply amazing! Special thanks to Sophia at the check-in/reception who showed an outstanding excellence and professionalism throughout the stay. Another special appreciation of the restaurant manager who always makes all guests feel welcome at any time. All the staff is well-trained and very friendly and amiable. This contributes to the overall ambiance and positive impression of the hotel.
Overall, a great choice for a calm and comfortable vacation on the island, everything was perfect and highly recommend this place!

We loved the entertainment team, the food , excellent customer service and great location. The Spa was really good - Mary was worth it - best deep tissue massage. The kids club was a dream - because of them we got to really relax and chill out- my kids were crying when we left. We never got bored of the food and we had local shops next to the hotel.

The aesthetics of the room are perfect, private pool - luxurious, the host who completed my warm & welcoming introductory orientation (Hans I think) was great, attentive restaurant staff (in particular Chysoula), she was warm, welcoming and helpful everyday! The location of the beach, the local shops, other restaurants, excursions, the spa facilities and massages were brilliant and the tranquility of the village. Just perfect for relaxation! I'll be back!

Loved everything about this hotel! The pool was amazing and cold/refreshing, just as the breakfast. Every day fresh baked eggs, pancakes, cold fruit; in one word perfect. The staff was so friendly and they helped you with every question. We also did a massage, this was also great and so relaxing. We loved the location and sissi is such a cute Greek village!

Our stay was amazing! first we were upgraded to a room with a shared pool that was so much fun! its basicly like a private pool (5 rooms shared) but big not like the tiny private pools you get for one room. the hotel is perfect for relaxing, pool is great, the cleanless is top!! sparkling everywhere. breakfest was perfect. as Kosher keeping jews we had a great selection of raw fruits and veggies, coffee, juice . id defeinetly go there again. and its 10 minute drive from the only Kosher restaurant in Crete (yamanis)

Was an extremely calm and relaxing place to stay. Spa facilities were great, wish I got to enjoy it more and the room was extremely comfortable. Would highly recommend. Food did not disappoint either, whether it was the breakfast or the restaurant.

This is perfect place for a calm vacation. We were living in the Hilltop with a stunning view of the garden and on the other side of the hilltop we could see the beautiful sea. Workers are very friendly in the hotel. And the breakfast was very tasty. Also we odered massage and spa and we liked it very much. It was fantastic vacation. We would like to come again.
